We use Doves Farm 'Freee' Gluten Free Flour which is a blend of rice, potato, tapioca, maize and buckwheat flours. This flour is Coeliac UK certified. You can choose whether you want nuts in your selection or not.
Our best-selling box using Gluten Free Flour- a gorgeous mixed box of brownies, which make a lovely gift, especially those who have coeliac disease or gluten intolerance. Included in the mixed box are 6 different flavoured brownies -
- Triple Chocolate
- Classic Chocolate
- Blondie (white chocolate brownie)
- Salted Caramel
- Cranberry and White Chocolate
- Nutty Nut (You can request no nuts if you would rather not include 'Nutty Nut' in the box, it will be substituted with a Ginger and Orange Brownie).
In boxes of 9 and 12 we use the same flavours above in larger quantities.
Each Brownie measures a min of 6 x 6 cm. They will be packaged as shown and ready to eat once with you. All our Brownies are sent by 1st class post.
