" Oh my goodness. I know my cake, and I know my brownies. I was excited when I heard Emily had set up Cocobolo Brownies as I’d sampled her cake before.To come home and find a beautifully boxed parcel is always a treat, when opened the smell, the presentation, was pure heaven in a box.
It’s been a few weeks since we shared our box but just thinking about Emily’s brownies is making me salivate. They were crisp on the outside smooth and gooey on the inside and absolutely delicious. It was difficult to choose a favourite but I think I’d go for the salted caramel, or the rum and raisin or all of them.
These make a great gift, a great treat they are the most delicious brownies you’ll ever have. I’ll be putting in an order very soon."
