Our range of flavours include:-
Classic Chocolate - a rich dark chocolate brownie topped with dusted cocoa decadence. Classic Chocolate contains chunks of dark chocolate and popular with purist brownie connoisseurs.
Cranberry and White Chocolate- A rich dark chocolate brownie full of dried cranberries and white chocolate drops. Dusted with icing sugar and white chocolate chips.
Milk and White Chocolate- These light chocolate brownies which are made from smooth milk chocolate with white chocolate chunks, then drizzled in white chocolate.
Triple Chocolate - A seriously rich triple dose of yumminess. Dark Chocolate Brownie with milk and white chocolate chunks.
Nutty Nut - For those who are nuts about nuts. We use whole nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, cashews, brazils and walnuts) which are chopped coarsely for the middle and topping of these lovely brownies.
Salted Caramel- Our most popular brownie which is often used as a dessert as rich and totally indulgent. Rich dark chocolate brownie with swirls of salted caramel throughout. Just the right amount of sea salt to complement the rich caramel.
Ginger and Orange Brownie - The grown up! Beautiful rich dark chocolate with a sophisticated orange and ginger flavour. Real orange zest and crystallised ginger pieces are used to bring a warmth of flavour. Topped with orange juice glaze and ginger pieces.
Blondie - A fair version of the classic. White chocolate, vanilla and brown sugar are used to create these caramel flavoured beauties. Always popular with children!
Gluten Free - Some of our brownies can be made with Gluten Free Flour (blend of rice, potato, tapioca, maize and buckwheat flours) - these can be found in the GF section.
Raspberry and White Blondies - Our beautiful white bombshell with a twist of swirly jam yumminess running through. Chunks of white chocolate and a lovely vanilla toffee taste.
Cherry Chocolate - Cocobolo Brownies love cherries and this is such a winning combination. The classic brownie is filled with organic sun dried cherries that have been soaked in Monin Black forest syrup and mixed with dark chocolate chips then lightly dusted in cocoa.
Apple and Cinnamon Blondie - a gorgeous butterscotch blondie enriched with dried apple pieces, cinnamon and white chocolate. A classic combination topped with a dried apple ring, a real autumn flavour.
Cookies and Cream Brownies - A dalmatian of a brownie - a white chocolate blondie, with white chocolate chunks and 'Oreo
biscuit, topped with another layer of Oreo biscuits, drizzled in white chocolate. This one is not for the faint hearted! Soft blondie with a crunch on top.
Mint Chocolate Brownie - A classic dark chocolate brownie with a lovely rich sticky middle, enhanced with organic peppermint oil and an 'After Eight' mint.
Hazelnut Gianduja blondie - crammed with whole roasted hazelnuts, hazelnut butter and milk chocolate chunks.
Gianduja (a chocolate hazelnut paste) was originally created to bulk out the limited cacao supplies in the 1800's in Turin, Italy; chocolate makers ground it into chocolate to bulk but in doing so created a genius flavour duo.
Vegan Brownies - Suitable for Dairy-free and vegan, vegetarians, these moreish brownies offer a healthy alternative if you're looking for a lower sugar, no dairy alternative.
We offer a mixed box of original dark chocolate drizzled in dark chocolate and then a choice of fruit (cranberries) or nut brownies, depending on your dietary needs.
Please note all our Brownies are made in an environment, using nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten and wheat. We cannot guarantee products are free of traces from these allergens.
We also create seasonal specialities at Christmas and Easter as well as seasonal specials.
Fresh IngredientsAt Cocobolo Brownies we are passionate about the use of quality, ethical ingredients. All our chocolate is Fairtrade and our eggs are free range. Our Gluten Free Flour is sourced locally. We are monitored by our local authority environmental health department (South Oxfordshire) and have met all food safety and hygiene standards and were recently awarded a '5' (very good) rating. At Cocobolo we are all about quality rather than quantity and want you to experience the very best of home made. |
